What Stewardship covers is the part the platform can't: keeping your content current, keeping your structure honest as the site grows, and checking whether your business is being surfaced and represented accurately in AI search.

Webflow works differently. Hosting, security patching and platform updates are handled at platform level, so there is no value in charging you again for work that is already being managed.

Common Questions
Why don't you handle hosting or security?
Because Webflow already does. It's a managed platform which means hosting, security patching, and platform updates are included and not something Throughline Studio needs to manage or charge you for separately. That's part of why we build on it.
What happens if I go over my monthly hours?
Extra hours are billed at the standard rate, with a loyalty discount applied based on your plan. Nothing extra happens without you knowing about it first.
Can I change plans partway through the term?
You can move up to a higher plan at any time. Moving down takes effect at your next annual renewal, in line with the 12-month term.
Do I need a Foundation Build before I can start a Stewardship plan?
Usually, yes. Stewardship is built around sites Throughline Studio has already worked on, whether that's a Foundation Build or a Digital Health Check, so the structural checks have something real to check against. If your site was built elsewhere and you're not in that position, get in touch and we'll work out whether it makes sense.
What counts as "content" versus a new page?
Content updates are changes to what's already there: text, images, pricing, small adjustments within an existing page. A new page is quoted separately, at the same per-page rate used across all builds, because it's genuinely new work rather than an edit.
What does the AI visibility check actually show me?
Real evidence, not a dashboard or a score. We check how your business actually shows up when people ask AI tools like ChatGPT or Google's AI Overviews questions related to what you do. Prompts are one part of how we check, alongside a few other methods behind the scenes. You see what we actually find, explained in plain language.
